Are Crunch and Crumble cookies gluten-free?
Our cookies are made with naturally gluten-free millet flours instead of wheat or maida. Please check the ingredient list on each product page and pack for the full details, especially if you have coeliac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity.
What do you use instead of refined sugar?
We sweeten with unrefined options such as jaggery, honey and dates. You will never find refined white sugar in our recipes.
Do your products contain preservatives or artificial flavours?
No. We bake in small batches with real ingredients only — no preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
What are millets and why do you use them?
Millets are ancient grains such as foxtail millet, ragi (finger millet) and jowar (sorghum). They are naturally gluten-free and rich in fibre and minerals, which is why they form the base of our recipes. Read more on our About page.
Kids & allergens
Are your cookies suitable for kids?
Yes — our snacks were created with lunch boxes in mind: no junk, no refined sugar and no artificial additives. As with any food, supervise young children and check ingredients for allergies.
Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?
Some of our products contain nuts such as almonds, and may contain other common allergens. Allergen information is listed on every product page and pack — please read it carefully before ordering. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before you buy.
Storage & freshness
How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once a pack is opened, reseal it tightly to keep the crunch.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Because we use no preservatives, our cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Every pack is marked with a best-before date — please enjoy them before that date.
Orders & shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We bake in small batches, then pack and dispatch your order. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for your address are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view your order status any time by signing in to My Account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@crunchandcrumble.ca. We can usually change or cancel an order before it has been baked and dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Wholesale & gifting
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Cafés, retailers, schools and offices can contact us for our wholesale list and pricing.
Can you create custom gift boxes?
We’d love to. We put together gift boxes for festivals, weddings, birthdays and corporate gifting. Tell us your quantity and date through our contact form.
